“And the Lord Answered me, and said, write the vision and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run that readeth it”

For me, this simply means that when you have a goal you write it down as clearly and as specifically as possible so that when you read it you know exactly what to do. When you know what to do, you do what you know. There’s no need for hesitation, you get right to it.
